Overview
- Support post-closing processes for equipment finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate documentation management.
- Collaborate with senior documentation specialists to handle insurance and title follow-ups efficiently.
- Perform UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings, data entry, and lien releases as required.
- Maintain organized files for completed loan packages, ensuring all exceptions are addressed.
- Prepare and verify post-funding loan documentation for final approval.
- Utilize imaging systems to file recorded titles and electronic lien titles (ELTs).
- Assist in ordering and updating UCC lien searches, ensuring compliance with transaction requirements.
- Adhere to applicable laws and regulations governing banking operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Follow up on insurance and title documentation post-closing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record, review, and terminate UCC filings, ensuring compliance with transaction requirements.
- Prepare and maintain loan documentation packages, addressing exceptions and post-funding items.
- Image and file recorded titles and electronic lien titles (ELTs) accurately.
- Assist in ordering, reviewing, and updating UCC lien searches for transactions.
- Handle releases of liens and titles, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Sort, file, copy, and scan received documentation as part of organizational processes.
- Verify exceptions and post-funding items for final sign-off and approval.
- Provide superior customer service and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; finance or banking industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in loan/lease accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Superior time management and problem-solving capabilities.
