Overview
- Serve as a key resource for full life-cycle recruiting, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Proactively source and attract top talent, building robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Advocate for the organization's value proposition to engage and retain key talent while enhancing the candidate experience.
- Support operational improvements to streamline recruitment processes and increase efficiency.
- Participate in training and provide guidance on recruitment best practices to various teams.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics within the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Contribute to the development of standardized recruitment practices and procedures for the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with managers to define position requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and assessments to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and open position statuses.
- Advise teams on recruitment best practices and support the development of job descriptions and offer letters.
- Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Drive active and passive candidate pipelines to meet organizational talent acquisition needs.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on employment laws and organizational policies to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in HR, communication, or psychology preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR/recruiting experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
- Workday Recruiting experience preferred; strong organizational and problem-solving skills essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
