Overview

  • Contribute to financial operations and capital markets analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage daily cash operations and prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize liquidity and reconcile collateral data.
  • Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements to support funding strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending and banking partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor financing facility covenants, triggers, and eligibility criteria for compliance.
  • Assist in data collection and documentation for financial issuances and amendments.
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate liquidity management and collateral data reconciliation with internal and external teams.
  • Forecast cash requirements and optimize treasury operations for business funding.
  • Monitor compliance with financing facility covenants and eligibility criteria.
  • Assist with due diligence and documentation for securitization issuances and amendments.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and report key performance indicators.
  • Support senior leadership with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting tasks.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through optimization and automation initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or related areas preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software systems are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with asset-backed lending or structured products is a plus.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and business partnering skills.
  • Interest in specialty finance, fintech lending, or structured products is desirable.
