Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee mechanical systems installation and maintenance for MEP projects, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Develop and implement commissioning schedules for mechanical systems, ensuring operational readiness.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 10-15 years of experience in mechanical MEP projects, preferably with a mechanical subcontractor.
  • Proficiency in developing commissioning schedules and troubleshooting mechanical systems effectively.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in mechanical projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Experience with resource allocation and cost control in mechanical projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with ESOP and benefits management is considered a plus.
