Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical MEP projects, preferably with a mechanical subcontractor.
- Proficiency in developing commissioning schedules and troubleshooting mechanical systems effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in mechanical projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Experience with resource allocation and cost control in mechanical projects is essential.
- Familiarity with ESOP and benefits management is considered a plus.
