Supply And Distribution Manager

Overview

• Manage supply chain and distribution activities for pharmaceutical products in a hybrid work environment.
• Oversee 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely product delivery.
• Support serialization activities and compliance with DSCSA regulations.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activities.
• Utilize supply chain management systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Engage in project management tasks, tracking timelines and coordinating meetings.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with CMOs on inventory, scheduling, and shipment activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead weekly meetings with 3PLs, tracking performance and operational changes.
• Review, approve, and code distribution invoices.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned products and SKUs.
• Support supply and demand planning activities under the direction of the Supply Chain Leader.
• Maintain and update the Anaplan Supply and Operations Management system.
• Coordinate product review meetings and brand meetings as needed.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with serialization and DSCSA regulations.
• Prepare board slides and other coordination activities directed by the Head of Product Portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and distribution management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management systems, including Anaplan.
• Knowledge of serialization and DSCSA regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline tracking and coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and audit support activities effectively.
• Technical skills in model building and report development are advantageous.
• Local to the DMV area and available for hybrid work arrangement.
