Overview

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic office environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, office management, and executive support tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate meals and maintain office organization and supplies.
  • Provide backup executive assistant support for senior executives.
  • Ensure smooth desk booking and office coordination tools management.
  • Handle vendor coordination and oversee basic office maintenance tasks.
  • Support visiting executives with logistics and office setup.
  • Assist in fostering a collaborative and organized office environment.
  • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the team through proactive support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, hospitality, or similar roles preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with NYC restaurants and general navigation is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and adapt to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
