Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise nursing staff within the operating room, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards.
- Implement and monitor programs for safe and efficient patient care delivery.

- Manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical patient care experience; 7 years preferred.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience in a relevant setting.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data effectively.
