Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Take ownership of venue performance, including revenue, labor, and profitability.
  • Interpret financial data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Manage the P&L with precision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead guest experience initiatives, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive venue awareness.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards across operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume, multi-revenue environments.
  • Experience with full P&L ownership and strategic planning.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible hours.
