Overview

  • Lead strategic initiatives in client data management for a global organization.

  • Utilize advanced analytics to drive business intelligence and reporting.
  • Create automation workflows using Python and other tools for efficiency.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data management standards.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through detailed data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and perform gap analyses.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for data management.
  • Maintain analytics database models and custom data sets.
  • Create and manage business analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Document detailed business requirements and workflows.
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams for user acceptance testing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data and analytics projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools is essential.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Python, and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
