Overview

  • Lead portfolio and wealth advisory services, delivering tailored strategies for high-net-worth clients to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to provide integrated wealth management solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Facilitate impactful client meetings, fostering discussions on investment strategies, financial planning, and market insights.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by offering strategic insights and recommendations during firm-wide initiatives.
  • Assist new clients in defining investment objectives and transitioning seamlessly into the firm’s services.
  • Engage in business development activities, enhancing client acquisition and retention through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage diverse client portfolios, overseeing asset allocation, performance monitoring, and trading activities to achieve financial objectives.
  • Coordinate with external advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management services tailored to client needs.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes on financial strategies.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering professional development and enhancing team capabilities through guidance and support.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive organizational success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers to enhance client benefits and overall experience.
  • Assist in defining investment goals for new clients, ensuring seamless integration into the firm’s offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or related roles.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management, tax efficiency strategies, and alternative investments.
  • Strong client service orientation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments and lead initiatives effectively.
  • Series 65 certification or equivalent qualifications (Series 7 & 66, CFA, CFP) preferred.
  • Highly motivated, ethical, and professionally mature individual with a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with trust and estate planning, market trends, and financial regulations.
