Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual evaluations, to inform personalized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and patient-specific requirements.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions, documenting progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to prepare patients for procedures, addressing readiness and concerns effectively.
• Facilitate clear communication among patients, families, and healthcare providers to align care goals and expectations.
• Implement discharge planning and referrals to support patient recovery and continuity of care.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience in surgical or outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
