Overview

- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and assign diagnoses using DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy in individual, group, and family settings.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and facilitate referrals to community resources.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to optimize patient care strategies.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Contribute to the development and review of behavioral health protocols and procedures.
- Provide immediate support and intervention for patients in crisis situations.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
- Valid New York State licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with mental health and substance use challenges.
- Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage patient care effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
