Managing Director, TAS Overview

  • The Managing Director, TAS role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead transaction advisory services within a globally recognized organization.

Managing Director, TAS Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead transaction advisory services, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, capital raising, and financial sponsor coverage.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to cultivate client networks and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop staff, vice presidents, and directors, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure the quality of client deliverables through meticulous attention to detail and effective decision-making.
  • Communicate complex regulatory, financial, and strategic issues clearly to assist decision-makers in corporate finance transactions.
  • Market services to internal partners and external clients, enhancing the organization's visibility and reputation.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions and achieve organizational goals.

Managing Director, TAS Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A advisory services, preferably within middle-market transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and cultivate client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing client relationships and projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong leadership and management skills within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, representing diverse communities effectively.
  • Preferred sector experience in Technology, Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare, ADG, and Business Services.
