Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including HRBP roles with leadership coaching and complex employee relations.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Advanced technical capability in HR business partnering, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, Oracle Cloud, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong data fluency, including analysis, interpretation, and presentation of people data.
- Proven project management skills to plan and execute HR initiatives effectively.
