Executive Assistant to Office of the President Overview

  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Office of the President, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
  • Support clinical operations by managing patient appointment check-ins, billing, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle prescription requests, prior authorizations, and appeals with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare daily office setups, including coffee and lunch arrangements, ensuring readiness for the next business day.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and enhance organizational workflows.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, ensuring consistent support for executive operations.
