Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and team member tasks.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Gather and document project results, presenting them to stakeholders effectively.
• Reengineer and streamline business processes to deliver measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to design technical solutions, including UI and data models.
• Apply AI tools to enhance productivity and quality across project teams.
• Manage junior or matrixed resources to achieve specific project tasks.
• Ensure solutions are adopted and deliver intended business value through effective rollout and training.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Background in consulting, private equity, or technology-driven businesses.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience with data visualization tools, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft suite.
• Knowledge of AI tools for analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break high-level goals into discrete tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a collaborative mindset.
• Preferred qualifications include an MBA and coding knowledge, particularly in SQL or VBA.
