Job Description

Residential Sales & Service Associate Overview

  • The Residential Sales & Service Associate serves as the primary ambassador for new residents, fostering community engagement and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.
  • This role involves managing daily operations, including opening the sales office and preparing materials for prospective residents.
  • Engage with potential residents through outreach calls, emails, and SMS to promote the community and available units.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing available apartments and highlighting community features and benefits.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation is accurately completed and uploaded into the CRM system for efficient tracking.
  • Coordinate move-in processes, including final walkthroughs and addressing any service needs prior to resident arrival.
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote the property and attract new residents.
  • Stay updated with e-learning modules to maintain knowledge of leasing practices and community features.

Residential Sales & Service Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Open the sales office punctually and prepare materials for daily operations, including promotional items and informational resources.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available units and current leasing promotions.
  • Conduct outreach activities to generate interest in the community and achieve daily engagement goals.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, providing detailed information about available units and community amenities.
  • Organize and conduct property tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for prospective residents.
  • Document all interactions and activities in the CRM system to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Coordinate and oversee the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance community engagement and leasing performance.

Residential Sales & Service Associate Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in real estate or sales is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software, such as Yardi, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clients and team members.
  • Ability to work on-site Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to community engagement and resident satisfaction.
