Senior Associate Diversified Credit Overview
- The Senior Associate Diversified Credit will support portfolio-level fund operations and project management for diversified credit strategies.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop and launch innovative financial products.
- Drive client solutions initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and external stakeholders.
- Administer and monitor fund-level debt facilities, including lender coordination and covenant tracking.
- Prepare financial models to inform projections and budgeting for diversified credit products.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including RIC-related criteria.
- Develop polished summaries and presentations to inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative environment, building trust across internal teams and external partners.
Senior Associate Diversified Credit Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate timelines, workstreams, and deliverables for client solutions initiatives from inception to completion.
- Administer fund-level debt facilities, including reporting and lender coordination.
- Assist in RFP processes for new financing initiatives, preparing materials and liaising with lenders.
- Track liquidity, tax, and regulatory compliance for registered fund products.
- Support financial modeling activities to aid in budgeting and projections.
- Execute client solutions initiatives, ensuring structured and timely completion.
- Prepare detailed internal reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage multiple workstreams with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.
Senior Associate Diversified Credit Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or investment banking.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with private and registered fund structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
