Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring minimal disruptions and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Develop and send timely, well-written communications to candidates regarding process updates and next steps.
- Manage onboarding processes, including background checks, drug tests, and license verifications.
- Utilize Workday for data entry and administration, including requisition management and candidate tracking.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring events and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment and onboarding policies and procedures.
- Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in the development of training materials and process improvements for recruitment operations.
Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume scheduling or a related field.
- Proficiency in Workday, HireRight, and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
- Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
