Project Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist sales personnel by coordinating fabric samples and availability checks.
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring quality control of received packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and organize common areas for optimal functionality.
  • Prepare labels for outgoing packages and greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and task delegation.

Project Administrator Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred, in a related role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
