HR Director Overview

  • The HR Director will lead human resources operations, focusing on compliance, workforce development, and employee engagement within a dynamic healthcare organization.

HR Director Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or unionized environments.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CHHR are strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in labor relations, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive organizational success.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and workforce management tools.
