Administrative Assistant Overview

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and coordinate various initiatives and award follow-ups within the foundation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising efforts and program management activities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with board members and high-level committees to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking and managing data related to foundation activities.
  • Draft and articulate ideas clearly in writing for internal and external communication.
  • Balance multiple responsibilities, including stakeholder engagement and program coordination.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 5 years preferred, in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success.
  • Experience in fundraising and program management is highly valued.
