Hospital Laboratory Services Director Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• MT or MLT certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within a laboratory setting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
