Project Manager Overview
- The Project Manager will oversee diverse construction projects, including ground-up, tenant improvement, and remodels, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage projects ranging from $1M to $10M, including hospitality, education, and commercial ventures, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
- Utilize advanced project management tools such as Sage 100 and Procore to streamline processes and communication.
- Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating and planning, to establish project feasibility and budgets.
- Provide financial oversight, supported by accounting teams, to manage billings, pay applications, and change orders effectively.
- Mentor and guide Project Engineers to ensure project milestones are met and professional growth is encouraged.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all project sites.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.
