Mental Health Clinician Overview
- The Mental Health Clinician will deliver client-centered services within a supportive employment program.
- Provide hybrid work arrangements, including on-site and remote/field-based activities.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance resume writing, interviewing skills, and job fair participation.
- Offer comprehensive mental health services, including counseling, psychotherapy, and assessment-based treatment planning.
- Engage in community-based support activities to assist clients in achieving employment goals.
- Work with a diverse caseload, addressing the unique needs of specialized populations.

Mental Health Clinician Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support client mental health and employment readiness.
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients in preparing for and attending job fairs, interviews, and employment-related events.
- Provide training on resume writing and interview techniques to enhance client employability.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
- Support organizational management activities as needed to guide team operations.
Mental Health Clinician Job Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant pre- or post-master's experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with specialized populations in a human services context.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to support client and organizational goals.
