Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, especially in engineering and manufacturing, to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support branding and engagement initiatives, including job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling, fostering work-life balance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, team members, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter in managing global opportunities while focusing on U.S.-based roles.
  • Utilize strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency to meet recruitment deadlines effectively.
  • Leverage manufacturing recruitment experience to attract top talent for the organization.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and participate in local branding and engagement events such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Adapt focus and priorities based on organizational needs and recruitment demands.
  • Provide support for onsite engagement activities to enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and follow-up.
  • Experience in organizing and participating in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
