Senior Project Accountant Overview

  • The Senior Project Accountant will oversee financial activities for development and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, lenders, and subcontractors to maintain financial integrity throughout project lifecycles.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all transactions.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support audits and provide documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Senior Project Accountant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage financial aspects of development and construction projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
