- Serve as the main point of contact for brokers and large customers, driving opportunities across product lines.

- Blend external client engagement with product capabilities for a fulfilling role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies achieving financial plans for product lines.

- Lead regional efforts in customer retention and acquisition strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to underwriters and business units to meet customer needs.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial objectives for Major Accounts.
- Engage with brokers and clients to ensure consistent market visibility and cultivate opportunities.
- Promote understanding of new products and initiatives across stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and drive profitable transactions for key accounts.
- Manage the Client Executive Program and Client Advisory Board for the region.
- Provide technical guidance and reporting, utilizing tools like Tracker for client information.
- Coordinate strategies for target accounts across all lines of business.
- Monitor and report on regional segment and customer-specific results.
- Facilitate priorities and resolve conflicts for target prospects and existing accounts.
Market Leader Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a preference for candidates with 7+ years of insurance industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing people and processes to achieve business objectives.
- Strong sales, marketing, relationship management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel, and a strong understanding of products and risk management.
- Proven ability to cultivate new distribution sources and achieve high team-based results.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory as required.
