Job Captain Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in all aspects of the architectural design process for projects at various phases of work.
- Create and refine presentation graphics, construction documents, and 3D models.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Utilize CAD software (Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD) for detailed architectural designs.
- Employ Adobe Suite tools for creating professional-quality presentations and documentation.
- Leverage digital rendering and modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape) for project visualization.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications.

Job Captain Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD) and Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with digital rendering and modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape).
- Strong understanding of building construction, exterior envelope, and detailing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to architectural challenges.
- Hand sketching ability is a plus but not required.
