Interior Designer PM Overview

  • The Interior Designer PM will lead large-scale FFE projects, managing furniture packages for significant multi-year initiatives.

Interior Designer PM Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development and execution of multiple FFE packages simultaneously.
  • Create detailed furniture specifications and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Select furnishings and finishes, maintaining aesthetic and functional standards.
  • Present design progress to clients, incorporating feedback into project deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the team.
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate renderings and layouts into FFE packages.

Interior Designer PM Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 15 years preferred in interior design.
  • Proven expertise in FFE projects, particularly in large-scale, complex initiatives.
  • Experience specifying custom furniture and managing long-duration projects is desirable.
  • Proficiency in creating furniture specifications and familiarity with DesignSpec software.
  • Strong client engagement skills, including presenting and incorporating feedback.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior designers effectively.
