Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit software, ensuring precision and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any design challenges.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure all designs comply with safety, environmental, and zoning regulations.

Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of architectural experience, with 15 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
• Experience with high-rise projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
