Media Operations Scheduler Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform data entry and manage channel logs using systems like BroadView and Zetta.
  • Collaborate with programming, advertising sales, and finance teams to gather and validate scheduling information.
  • Create and maintain channel information, program formats, and detailed schedules.
  • Address and resolve scheduling and data management issues in collaboration with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide detailed documentation and reporting as required by management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Media Operations Scheduler Job Requirements
