Investor Services Assistant Vice President Overview

  • The Investor Services Assistant Vice President will manage client relationships, ensuring superior service and timely delivery of accurate information.
  • Oversee client portfolios comprehensively, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless operations and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and trust.
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and adherence to performance fee calculation standards.
  • Process subscriptions, redemptions, and other investor activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide prompt responses to client and investor inquiries, maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to prepare year-end financial statements for funds.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to AML procedures.
  • Review and approve payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Investor Services Assistant Vice President Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a select number of client relationships, ensuring superior service delivery.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of fund structures, investment strategies, and compliance regulations.

Investor Services Assistant Vice President Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Investor Services role within a Hedge Fund Administrator.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a focus on accountancy or finance.
  • Proficiency in AML regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Experience with Mantra by Deep Pool is advantageous.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to manage client-specific requests and improve product offerings.
  • Knowledge of fund structures, investment strategies, and performance fee calculations.
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and collaboration with auditors.
