Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Send, receive, and distribute mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Perform light word processing, printing, and binding tasks as required.
- Monitor office access, greet guests, and ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- Order, restock, and organize kitchen and office supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors for office repairs and building maintenance issues.
- Conduct office walkthroughs to ensure neatness and identify any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is preferred but not mandatory.
