  • The Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is a key role ensuring effective labor relations and employee engagement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with management and union representatives to foster positive labor relations and resolve workplace disputes.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and collective bargaining processes.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor relations, including conflict resolution and collective bargaining.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and policy development practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting investigations and preparing detailed, factual reports.
  • Experience in higher education or public institutions is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, French, Urdu, or Arabic are advantageous.
  • Professional certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are highly desirable.
