Investor Services Manager Overview

  • The Investor Services Manager will act as the primary contact for limited partners, ensuring seamless communication and accurate reporting for private credit and alternative investment funds.
  • Collaborate with fund accounting, legal, and compliance teams to deliver consistent investor-facing materials.
  • Support fundraising activities by managing due diligence requests and maintaining data room materials.
  • Enhance CRM systems to effectively track investor communications and commitments.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, annual meetings, and advisory board communications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline investor reporting and communication workflows.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to fund launches, co-investments, and secondary transactions.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamo, or Backstop.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures and reporting cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data across platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing materials.
  • Experience coordinating with fund administrators, auditors, and legal counsel.
