Lead Electrical Engineer II Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical design, including schematic capture and PCB design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer for PCB design and simulation is essential.
- Experience with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 compliance for durability and EMI/EMC standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges.
