RN Director Case Management Job Requirements

  • Current Montana RN license or eligibility for licensure required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred (MSN, Healthcare Administration, MBA).
  • Minimum of one year of hospital case management leadership experience required.
  • Preferred two to five years of extensive hospital case management leadership experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of case management processes, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
