Preconstruction Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management, preferably in retail construction.
• Proficiency in conceptual estimating and project planning methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Preferred 7 years of experience in preconstruction management for large-scale retail projects.
