- Administer benefits open enrollment processes and handle benefit billing transactions.
- Coordinate employee leave and ensure payroll adjustments align with policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits programs with professionalism.

Payroll And Benefits Administrator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience; familiarity with Workday or ADP preferred.
- APA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
