Associate Design Director – Interiors Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead interior architecture projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy.

• Serve as the technical leader for interior design and architecture within the studio.

Associate Design Director – Interiors Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 12 years preferred.
• Experience leading hospitality, multifamily, luxury residential, or mixed-use projects.
• NCIDQ certification or Registered Architect (RA) license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong BIM management experience is essential.
• Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
