Workplace Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform routine inspections of lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules with vendors and contractors.

- Conduct inventory audits and replenish supplies to prevent shortages.
- Assist with meeting and event setups, including furniture arrangements and catering coordination.
- Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, and vendor records.

Workplace Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with entry-level experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or hospitality settings.
