• Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting operational transitions to ensure seamless integration.

Fund Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the execution of outsourced CFO services, financial reporting, and accounting operations for clients.
• Oversee financial reporting processes, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Review NAV calculations, capital accounts, and management company accounting for investment management clients.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling support to clients.
• Strengthen financial infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and operational processes for client organizations.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate with auditors, administrators, and other service providers to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and operational transitions for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.

Fund Accounting Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in NAV calculations, capital accounts, and management company accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and professional service providers.
