- Ensure accurate entry and review of vendor invoices and bills within accounting systems.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for organized record-keeping.
- Assist with administrative projects and provide office support as required.
- Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and team members regarding invoices and documentation.
- Support document management and record retention processes for compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to accounting and operations teams.

Accounting Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Accurately enter vendor invoices and bills into accounting systems.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
