Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team! This recruiting division specializes in healthcare opportunities in NYC. This Healthcare Recruiter will be part of a successful team looking for someone who is eager to advance their career in recruiting for clinical and nonclinical healthcare. The ideal candidate is ready to learn, financially motivated, and well-versed in hospitals, nursing homes, health insurance firms, social services, ambulatory care, medical practices, and specialized schools. Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees, making sure our resources and technology are the best in the industry. 



  • Full lifecycle recruiting of clinical and nonclinical healthcare professionals. 
  • Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare, clinical, and nonclinical clients and candidates in all stages of their careers.  
  • Building a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing resources. 
  • Parsing specialized and specific skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes 
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry-specific products and trends 
  • Coming up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates. 
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve all hiring processes 
  • Coordinating with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals

  • Opportunities for commission-based compensation between $25,000-$250,000 



  • BA/BS Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields 
  • At least 1 year of agency recruiting experience or 1 year healthcare experience 
  • Healthcare industry knowledge with the ability to understand and discuss relevant skills and companies 
  • Experience in cold calling and follow-ups 
  • Ability to maintain ethical standards 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Ability to think on your feet 
  • Willingness to learn and grow with a collaborative team
