Site Director Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to achieve study activation and enrollment targets.
• Monitor performance dashboards to oversee patient activities and operational execution.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure study deliverables are met on time.
• Conduct training sessions on protocols, SOPs, and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, GCP, and FDA regulations.
• Oversee staff performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Site Director Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, with 2 years in site management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, electronic health records, and web tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational success.
