Registered Architect Overview

Registered Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee architectural designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, city officials, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
  • Lead project management efforts, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Provide production support for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

Registered Architect Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software; experience with production drawings.
  • Strong project management skills, including client engagement and team coordination.
  • Experience with industrial, public, and private building projects preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
