  • The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services oversees operational and clinical leadership for surgical and perioperative services.
  • Ensures safe, efficient, patient-centered care delivery aligned with organizational policies and evidence-based practices.
  • Provides leadership in sterile processing and related procedural areas while supporting direct patient care as needed.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and maintain regulatory compliance.

Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active Wisconsin RN license with a minimum of 3 years OR experience.
  • Certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS are required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead change effectively.
  • Knowledge of arrhythmia and basic 12-lead ECG interpretation is advantageous.
