• Collaborate with administrative teams and physicians to develop new service offerings and drive organizational growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence among a team of 75 FTEs and three direct-report managers.
• Ensure efficient patient throughput and delivery of care through strategic planning and policy development.
• Oversee construction projects enhancing surgical facilities, doubling SPD size, and refreshing existing ORs.
• Drive compliance with evidence-based practices, legal standards, and accreditation requirements to maintain superior clinical identity.
