Overview
- Coordinate activities across the Data Department to support programs and initiatives improving urology practices and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Data Research Manager to execute tasks and analyses for data collection and research activities.
- Serve as a liaison for the Data Committee, managing logistics, communication, and meeting documentation.
- Develop and complete monthly reports, marketing materials, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate annual meeting logistics, including booth scheduling, promotional materials, and layout design.
- Administer online surveys, including programming, dissemination, and summarizing results.
- Support data organization, summarization, and quality control for Census and Registry health data.
- Identify inefficiencies in data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate application processes and deliverables tracking for the Data Research Program.
- Liaise with the Data Committee, managing logistics, communication, and meeting documentation.
- Prepare and complete monthly reports, marketing materials, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
- Organize annual meeting logistics, including booth scheduling and promotional materials.
- Administer online surveys, including programming, dissemination, and summarizing results.
- Assist in organizing and summarizing Census and Registry health data.
- Identify inefficiencies in data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline; master’s degree in public health or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience; five years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with survey software like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Minimal travel required for the role.
