Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate activities across the Data Department to support programs and initiatives improving urology practices and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Data Research Manager to execute tasks and analyses for data collection and research activities.
  • Serve as a liaison for the Data Committee, managing logistics, communication, and meeting documentation.
  • Develop and complete monthly reports, marketing materials, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate annual meeting logistics, including booth scheduling, promotional materials, and layout design.
  • Administer online surveys, including programming, dissemination, and summarizing results.
  • Support data organization, summarization, and quality control for Census and Registry health data.
  • Identify inefficiencies in data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate application processes and deliverables tracking for the Data Research Program.
  • Liaise with the Data Committee, managing logistics, communication, and meeting documentation.
  • Prepare and complete monthly reports, marketing materials, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Organize annual meeting logistics, including booth scheduling and promotional materials.
  • Administer online surveys, including programming, dissemination, and summarizing results.
  • Assist in organizing and summarizing Census and Registry health data.
  • Identify inefficiencies in data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline; master’s degree in public health or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience; five years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with survey software like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Minimal travel required for the role.
